Sorry that it has taken this long to post a picture of 'purses' from our craft day a couple weeks back. Of course I made that Plural when in truth there is but one to show...My friend Kate's Lovely funky Wild Purse... she (unlike the rest of us)...finished her's and even photographed it...while mine still lays there on my work table...lifeless...unfinished and alone! I promise to get mine up soon...and now I am working on getting Kate to start a Blog ....I keep telling her how FUN his is... and she has so many great things to talk about and show...
Anyway...Happy Tuesday Everyone... Richard and I are 'sneaking' away today to see the new 'Transformers' ...OooOoo cool dark theater, popcorn and action...a slice of Manmade Heaven...

As for the Blog-Yup, my husband says I need a blog, since I never stop blabbing or emailing. You can attest to that! I may have a lot to say, but really, who wants to hear it, I ask you, Jod? ? The husband even falls asleep on me! Ha.Ha..I see the lids get heavier and heavier, and then it's snore snore. He doesn't fool me. I know he's not listening! And you know... my blog would have to be very "special", innovative, provocative, or an inventive piece, that could ultimately stand the test of time on the internetS, Right? Ha... internets... that still cracks me up! (I do enjoy putting pressure on myself)...Okay, I'll come up with something. It will be humorous, artistic, poetic, thought-provoking, sexy- well, maybe not sexy, but I'll be thinking upon the whole blogosphere thingee. I promise.

Isn't this a Great Purse...it is all lined and everything. I really love 'painted' purses...the little do-dad decoration is polymer and fused glass...cool.

Hi LD... Isn't it a smashing purse... I LOVE her color sense.
As for the Movie...LOTS of action...almost 3 hours worth...I was totally exhausted when it was over...and will never totally trust a Car or Truck again....they change into things!!!!

The movie was great...nice to hide in a dark theater and not think about anything but what I see before me. Althoug I do like a good romance or comedy ...well heck, I love ALL movies...

Well, Thank you one and all for your compliments on my purse, but it was Jodi who came up with this play day, which was a blast, and she sewed my lining in! Good lunch, close friends, great conversation. I needed to get away from my usual art, and this was pure fun. Art friends should get together at least once a month and work on something different to get the cobwebs out and move into other directions. Stretching the mind is good. Getting a good, honest critique on work one might be doing is good too.
