I was given a New Award by Casey at Casey's Minis ... Thank You so Much Casey...I have found the perfect spot for it on my Mantel.The rules are, I have to pick up a book that I have at hand, turn to page 161 and write the fifth sentence on that page here. Then pass the Award onto five other bloggers.
And when I received this I Literally had a book open in front of me to the side of my computer...how weird is that...
One Page 161...fifth sentence it says...."Off with her Head!" the Queen Shouted at the top of her voice. Nobody Moved.

The book is either 'Alice in Wonderland' or 'Through the Looking Glass'. I always get them mixed up. Wonderland I think. I'm sure that was a rhetorical question but it's going to niggle me now which it is.

You are right ...the book is actually 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland'...a neat little English Paper back book a friend gave to me ...from early 1940's , A Puffin Story Book cost 'one shilling'. My reading is quite simple...I go in more for the Illustrations of which this little book has many wonderful ones...

We are going to have a fun day...lots of friends and family over here for BBQ ,swimming and pool volleyball ... it will be about 115 here so the pool will feel really nice....

Hi Marie...
I know...when you say 115 out loud it almost takes your breath away....but in truth...when it gets that high there is little difference between 105 and 115...
Would be nice if it would be a dry heat...unfortunately we are having an early monsoon so a tad humid at the moment.....I will just float in the pool and feel better...
