I am in Need Of

HEEEEEELP!!!.......A Miniature Tea Cup and Saucer .... for our newest Harry Potter Piece.... We tried to make it ourselves but found we both had very large thumbs and 'lots' of them....
If anyone out there reading this in the U.S. has a 1:12th scale miniature Tea Cup and Saucer they are willing to part with (I will pay of course any price) I would be forever in your debt. In this little town we have no miniatures to speak of ...closest is driving up to Vegas... a few hours away...
Does not have to be fancy as the one above ... but would like it as delicate and realistic as possible
nothing inside the cup as we will be doing 'tea leaves of the 'Grim' inside ...

You are my only Hope ObiWan with all the fine miniature ... please let me know asap ...can email me at creagers@aol.com

I will pay fast shipping as well.... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU...

Hugs to all my Fine Miniature Makers out there in Bloglandia...

You might take a peek on Etsy or Ebay. I've found many 1:12 scale there and I'm betting you'll find what you're looking for.

hey Jodi

I just put 2 in the email to you.

There is no note or anything in there - the mailman was over the street so I knew I had less than 2 minutes :-)

They might be a big clunky for you but worth a look I guess.

What a shame I'm in the UK as I have a few as I've been collecting tea cups and saucers for Dolores Umbridge.

If all fails from your pleas of help. :o( You could try buying one online as there are lots of artisans who make the most amazing porcelain which is extremely fine and to scale.

I wish you lots of luck! :o))

Hi Tamara...

I thought of that and even looked at ebay...but was fearful it would take much longer to get the items to me than if a friend had one and could send right out

Jodi

No worries...I'd still see more if you can though in case these are no use.

They aren't expensive ones but were sitting around doing nothing and I happened to just catch this post as the mailman was about so didn't have time to really think about it :-)

Best exercise I've had all week lol.

I found a tea cup that is a titch over 1/2 in and it has a saucer... It's just plain white so you'd have to paint it... it has a saucer also.
Does that work Jodi?

you can email me if it does ~

Hi Jody,if you still searching ,here is an English porcelain crafter who makes teecups with a pattern like you are searching for and the porcelain is very fine:
