Our Newest on EBAY..

Well we did it.... 2 things we never thought we would do....1.) Be away from EBAY this long....MAN can you believe it...6 long months...WOW where did the time go?? and 2.) Create anything 'Steampunk'...
Now we love EBAY...I know most are not a fan of this selling venue but EBAY has always been good to us...we do ETSY but have a hard time selling my jewelry let alone a doll...so we stick with EBAY until we start to have issues. And we just adore Steampunk anything...SOOOOOO much talent out there and creative minds ...WOW!!! So to dabble in that realm felt a bit uncomfortable...with all that has been done already...but ya know what I always say...try everything at least once!! But I musts tell you...we really got into this piece...loved it from the get go.... Richard needed to turn loose...and loose he was... he took his love of trains and all that is 'Steam Powered' and went nutso on this little broom....now I can't swear to it but if I had to stake money on the probability that this little Steam Based Broom could actually 'fly' I think it would be a bet worth taking!!!! He has it all worked out and it was so funny to see him explaining to me the ins and outs and the workings of this broom...He was like one of those 'New Car Salesmen' giving me the 'pitch' ...he did everything but 'kick' the broom corn!! I just LOVE IT when he gets so involved in a project ...his focus was on tunnel vision overdrive ...and to get the broom away from him so I could do my part was no easy task believe me!! I got to make the hat this time...normally he does but I remember once making a little top hat that I really enjoyed...not taking into account it was about 7 times larger... but I think it worked out just fine.
What I really liked was his 'base' design ...normally he creates a simple wooden base but he was so on a roll with the brass... he decided to create one that really went hand in hand with the broom... I like it, it is sorta Flash Gordon meets Steampunk....classic!
So there you have it our 're-entering' the EBAY Market ...oh by the by you can get to our auction if you wanna see more pics on the 'side panel' EBAY Badge...or... CLICK HERE

Thanks for taking a peek....
Hugs,
Jodi and Richard

Holy Guacamole Batman!! The doll has gone from $50 to over $700 in less then 24 hours!! You must be over the moon! And there is still 6 days to go....

She is quite a unique piece...truly one of a kind. Best of luck with this auction, Jodie and Richard. Nice job on that broom... :-)

Jodi and Richard,
I have to say this is a wonderful and imaginative piece! This little lady is truly inventive and obviously the envy of the neighborhood. I could use a broom like that! haha What a clever idea to combine the steampunk with a witch. Incredibly awesome! Hoping your auction goes much higher!
